The project involved constructing a modern building comprising three Kindergarten classrooms, a collaboration space, and restrooms, using factory-built tilt-up concrete modular.

 

In addition, there were minor site improvements, a new sewer connection, a parking lot, and a playground.

On-site assembly of factory-built modules resulted in a modern building that appears to be site-built.
