Diana Gualda is our full-time, in-house process specialist. As a self-proclaimed organizer of chaos and information addict, she combines insights gained across diverse industries to infuse operational solutions with unconventional ideas, clever strategies, and unique advantages. After implementing groundbreaking improvements to processes at Amazon, Facebook, Tesla and more, she has brought her expertise to MGPA!

She supports MGPA in the following ways:

​

• Business Process Management (BPM), including root problem analysis, strategic process design, and enabling standardized, repeatable, trackable work. She drives continuous improvement initiatives and introduces customized systems, tools, technology, resources, and streamlined project management, with a strong focus on integration and automation.

 

• Knowledge Management (KM) framework and content, including the development and expansion of an intranet site and resource library of internal training content, job aids, document templates, quality checklists, reference guides, and more. She also works to transform tacit staff knowledge and verbal information (i.e. construction meetings) into perpetually accessible, interactive, analyzable data and resources.
