Mr. Gualda has close to 40 years of experience, 25+ years at MGPA Architecture. The vast majority of his work has consisted of educational projects. He has extensive specification writing and construction administration experience, which together with his familiarity with state and governmental agencies unite to provide a complete product design and delivery system for all projects he undertakes. 

 

He has utilized every type of project delivery system including CM at Risk, Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build and Lease-Leaseback. Mr. Gualda values establishing long-term professional relationships and takes great pride in delivering successful projects which meet or exceed deadlines. This has resulted in numerous projects with the same clients repeatedly during the last several decades.
